Lindsay came and gave us a detailed estimate on the cost of the move months prior to our move date. She was very professional and gave us clear explanations on our options for us to choose. The day before our move, she sent 2 guys to come pack. Both Josbin and Edwin were great! They packed all large and breakable items carefully and they were really fun to be with as well! On the actual day of the move, the movers showed up promptly in the morning. The move-out process was smooth and efficient. They finished moving everything out and loaded to the truck by 11:30am! Hip cup occurred during the drive from Jersey City to Manhattan, due to the large size of the truck, they had to go all the way north to GWB and come back down south to the Financial District of NYC, then the driver got lost finding our building. It took over 3 hours for them to get here... I called up Lindsay, and she was able to compensate us by taking 2 hours off our final bill. Once the movers got set up, everything was quickly unloaded and moved-in in a timely manner. Overall, we are very happy with their services. We would highly recommend them to our friends.

After receiving multiple moving quotes, I decided to use Booth Movers because; 1. George, the booking agent, was responsive and listened to my concerns 2. The reviews on their website were fantastic. I had a different type of move; where my furniture was going into storage in an unfinished basement. My movers, Will & Joe, were excellent, as they wrapped and protected all of my furniture. They were also on-time, hardworking and very friendly. When I move again in 5 years, I am definitely calling Booth Movers.

We moved from Bergen County to Sussex County and the whole experience with Booth Movers was absolutely phenomenal. From my initial phone call to request a quote to waving goodbye to our four man moving crew, things couldn't have been more professional or smooth. George came to give us an estimate for our move and he was a real gentleman and extremely knowledgeable. We got a call 4 days ahead of the move confirming the details.
