Moving is stressful, no doubt. A previous moving experience was a nightmare, so I was concerned about this one. Booth was everything professionals SHOULD be; timely, fast, safe, respectful and considerate. I got everything I paid for and more. The team was so patient with me and made the move stress free. Booth did an excellent job, showed up on time for the move and packed us up in two and a half hours, arrived on the date they promised (early), and unpacked in two and a half hours. Helped us with some furniture tightening up too. Very hard workers, respectful, and careful too. And George D. did a great job setting up the move and answering all our questions before the move.

From the beginning through to the last item, Booth Movers was a pleasure to deal with. The entire company is great. The first phone call was fantastic; they educated me and level set what a move is all about. Then the estimator that came to my home was highly experienced in his professional approach, accurate estimation, and in providing a realistic expectation. Then, the customer service and warehouse teams made everything come together in a seamless and relaxed manner; very professional, supportive and easy to work with. We had multiple schedule changes as well as several logistical twists and turns; however, Booth Movers customer service made everything effortless and easy; NOTHING was ever a problem. I was impressed with the ease and dexterity Booth exhibited while making the adjustments. And then there are the packing and moving teams... Awesome and trustworthy group of guys. They truly treated all my stuff as if it was their own, never skimping on whatever was necessary to safely secure and transport. I have many items that are one of a kind and are, simply put, impossible to replace; as well as sentimental items. And the complicated aspects of my 90 year old antique piano were handled with patient precision and great care. Many delicate stone pieces as well as granite and glass were all packed and moved with the utmost of care. I've precious items from my world travels to include China, Italy and Germany that were all handled with great care. We lost nothing. Zero b
