Let me start out with the bottom line: I could not have asked for a more positive moving experience in all respects! I highly recommend BOOTH MOVERS. The details: We recently moved a family member from her house to an assisted living facility in north Jersey. I was not looking forward to the ordeal (who likes to move?) at all. But from the beginning when George provided the estimate, until the last box was unloaded into her new place, there wasn’t a single hiccup or glitch. Everything proceeded with efficiency, friendliness, professionalism and accuracy … and all of this was for a very reasonable cost, well within the cost estimate originally provided. Very special shout out to these specific folks who made it all happen so efficiently, with professionalism and friendliness … they deserve to be recognized for a job very well done: GEORGE: Provided our moving estimate with precision. This clearly wasn’t his first rodeo. DANA: Office manager and moving coordinator who gracefully and effortlessly managed all the activity, keeping us informed along each step of the way. Always the cheerful voice at the other end of the phone. MIKE, RICH and ELIAN: The gents who did all of the grunt work with incredible efficiency and speed, making it all look so easy. They were careful with every single piece they packed and moved … so professional and so very friendly and helpful in every respect. Do I sound happy? You bet!!!
Move to new apartment in Mercer County
The movers were friendly, competent, and helpful. They arrived, ON TIME, to my home in Wayne, from which they moved some furniture and some cartons. They then proceeded to my son's home in Hawthorne, from which they moved a variety of furniture, cartons, and other things. From there, I and my son and the Booth Movers proceeded to Trenton. They then brought EVERYTHING into my son's new apartment. Throughout the move, the movers were friendly, pleasant, and helpful. They finished in an appropriate amount of time. Both my son and I were very impressed with the competence and professionalism demonstrated by the movers. Another move is not yet apparent in my future, but we will certainly think of Booth Movers should another move arise. I will also highly recommend Booth Movers to anyone who inquires. After 30 years in the same house, you can imagine the amount of things that accumulated. We decided to use Booth Movers because Bobby made the quote experience very informative and thorough and came across as trustworthy. We received a confirmation text exactly 24 hours in advance. The team, Andre, Alfredo and Danny showed up right on time and began the inspection of everything that needed to be moved out. We had one really large piece that was a bit of a struggle but they ultimately managed to get it down the stairs and onto the truck without causing any damage to the home or the furniture. I would highly recommend Booth Movers for any of your moving needs!
Awesome Movers!
It was a wonderul experience doing business with Booth Movers! From the moment I spoke with Dana, I knew l was in good hands. I needed to have a very large kitchen island picked up at a Williams Sonoma store and delivered to my home in Ridgewood. Booth Movers arranged everything appropriately and beautifully . This was a 442 pound piece of furniture and it was no easy task! Two delightful and very strong young men arrived at the store before opening hours at 8 AM. The kitchen island was wrapped securely and delivered by truck to my home. They took so much care placing the furniture in its proper spot! They both had manners and patience. Residential Move
Mike, Danny, and Jorge were amazing. Took them 2 hours to load a packed 15x10 storage unit full of boxes, furniture, etc. and deload into our new unit about a block away. They were efficient, respectable, and hard workers. HIGHLY recommend using their services.
Amazing moving experience!
We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and professional. Bobby, the surveyor, assessed everything beforehand and was thorough, clear, and upfront about what to expect. He made sure we understood the process, which gave us peace of mind going into moving day. On the day of the move, Josh and Elian handled everything with such care and efficiency. They were punctual, respectful, and incredibly hard-working. They treated our belongings as if they were their own and made what could have been a stressful day feel completely manageable. Would definitely work with them if we ever have to move or have family and friends moving.

We were thrilled with our move to Boston with Booth. Mike, Eli, and Jorge were amazing: incredibly hardworking, careful, considerate, on time, and pleasant to work with. They did an amazing, efficient job and truly cared about doing their best to treat our belongings with care - and they had some truly heavy pieces to lift and never once complained.
