We had a 100-year old grand upright piano that we were giving to our son and his family. It was in our family for many years. I was very nervous about the move. We had only a few steps and my son had many steps, it was like a maze. On top of it, it was raining. The 4 gentlemen that did the move from one home to another, were very very careful and knowledgeable on the move. The piano was carefully packed up and I would use them again any time. Movers were very efficient, finishing two hours faster than the initial estimate. While they arrived early (before my building allowed the use of the service elevator) we used the time to pack the boxes that needed packing and then to wrap the furniture. By the time we were allowed the elevator we just needed to bring every thing down to the truck and were on our way.

We have used Booth Movers for at least 3 moves (there may have been an office to office move in there as well): Arizona to NJ, one NYC apartment to another, and most recently from Boston to Brooklyn. In every case, the office staff and the guys doing the heavy lifting were all responsive, friendly yet professional, and communicative. Prices are competitive, and we will definitely call Booth Movers for future moves!
